Sun Health & Dental has thousands of providers but due to the changing number of active providers and their availability, Sun Health & Dental handles and schedules all appointments on behalf of members for convenience and to ensure the quality of services rendered.
No, Sun Health & Dental is not insurance but is licensed and regulated by the Florida Department of Insurance. Sun Health & Dental provides discounted, fixed pricing at all Contracted Provider locations. Sun Health & Dental Members pay for the services that are provided directly to the contracted providers.
A list of providers in your area will be sent to you along with your member handbook. You can also find a provider online.
Schedule your appointment online or call our customer service team at 888-577-8670. Once you have made your appointment at one of our designated providers, simply present your Sun Health & Dental membership card at the time of your appointment and save money!
Members can cancel their plans at any time, to cancel your plan you must submit the appropriate documentation and return your membership card to our offices.
